Rev Her Up
Women's Empowerment & Direct Support
Rev Her Up is our flagship program and the direct embodiment of our primary mission. It is the first priority in all of our budgeting, staffing, and resource decisions. Everything else waits until Rev Her Up's programming is funded.
What Rev Her Up Does:
- Quarterly women's empowerment workshops covering financial literacy, credit building, job readiness, and professional development - free to attend, with childcare provided when possible.
- Automotive Skills and Confidence Clinics: Practical hands-on sessions teaching women basic vehicle maintenance, buying a car safely, and understanding what's under the hood.
- Micro-Grants: Direct financial assistance for women in immediate need for emergency rent, utilities, childcare, transportation, job interview clothing, or vocational training fees.
- Scholarships: Annual awards for women pursuing post-secondary education, vocational training, or professional certification programs.
- Women Who Drive Forward: A resource navigation service connecting women to housing assistance, food banks, legal aid, childcare, mental health support, and veterans' programs.
- Mentorships: Pairing women in need with professional mentors from the automotive, trades, and business communities.
Full Throttle Futures
Youth Mentorship, Career Exposure & Scholarships
Full Throttle Futures serves youth in foster care, underprivileged communities, and under-resources households - with a specific focus on the children of the women served by Rev Her Up. When a mother has hope for her children, the whole family is empowered. Programming begins in 2028, which includes:
- Youth mentorship: Pairing ages 14-18 with automotive, trades, and engineering professionals for career exposure and life skills.
- Shop Days: Supervised hands-on skills days at partner garages and vocational schools.
- Youth Scholarships: For students pursuing automotive, trades, and STEM education.
Fueled by Fur
Animal Shelter Support & Community Adoption Events
Fueled by Fur brings the energy and community of the automotive world directly into animal shelter support. Animals provide documented therapeutic and emotional benefit - especially for women in recovery, healing from trauma, or rebuilding their lives. Programming begins in 2028 and will include:
- Adoption events at car meets and bike nights where partner shelters bring adoptable animals into joyful, community-rich environments.
- Supply drives at events: collecting food, blankets, toys, and cleaning supplies for partner shelters.
- Annual spay/neuter funding donations to partner rescue organizations.
Highway Heroes
Veterans & Military Family Support - Female Veterans & Military Spouses First
Highway Heroes serves veterans and military families with an explicit priority for female veterans and military spouses. The motorcycle and off-road communities have a long, proud tradition of honoring those who served. Highway Heroes formalizes that tradition and directs it toward the people who are most often overlooked in veterans' programming: the women. Programming begins in 2028 with:
- Awareness rides honoring veterans, generating fundraising for veterans' resource partners.
- Resource fairs connecting veterans and military families to benefits, housing, employment, and mental health services.
- Monthly "Female Veteran Spotlight" on social media to honor and amplify women who served.
- Veterans' Community Connection: Referral and navigation support coordinated with partner organizations.
