Empowering Women, Welcoming Everyone!
4 Wheels, 1 Purpose, Inc. is a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose primary and sold mission is the empowerment and support of women. We are a community born from the automotive and powersport world - car clubs, truck clubs, motorcycle riders, Jeep owners, mechanics, fabricators, and everyone who loves the road - and we have channeled that community's energy into something bigger than any vehicle: meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of women who need it most.
We serve women across all walks of life: single mothers navigating financial instability, domestic violence survivors rebuilding independence, female veterans transitioning to civilian life, women in recovery, and women in underserved communities who simply need a hand, a resource, and a community that believes in them. Our programs provide scholarships, micro-grants, workshops, mentorship, resource navigation, and community connection. We meet women where they are and help them drive their own story forward.
The automotive community is our platform - our events, our fundraising vehicle, and our source of passionate, giving people. But women are our purpose. Every decision we make, every partner we choose, every dollar we spend is evaluated against one question: does this serve women?
It doesn't matter what you drive or ride. What matters is that we roll together - for the women who need us most!

4 Wheels, 1 Purpose, Inc. traces its roots to 2022, when a group of women in the Missouri automotive and off-road community founded Midwest Off-RoadHERS, Inc. - a non-profit built on the belief that a community of people who love their vehicles can come together to give back in powerful ways. Over three years, the organization grew its membership, hosted fundraising events, made charitable pledges to local organizations, and built a loyal community of drivers and riders committed to the mission.

In 2026, the organization faced a governance transition that tested its foundation - and its foundation held. The Board of Directors navigated that transition with transparency, accountability, and a clear-eyed commitment to doing right by the community, the donors, and the mission. Every outstanding obligation was honored. Every financial record was reconciled.
On June 8, 2026, the Board voted unanimously to rebrand as 4 Wheels, 1 Purpose, Inc. - a name that reflects a broader mission, a nationwide vision, and a renewed commitment to building something that lasts. We did not start over. We upgraded. our 501(c)(3) status, our EIN, and our charitable history carry forward. What changed is our scale of ambition and the clarity of our focus.

2026 is our Transition Year - dedicated to building the right foundation before we grow. 2027 is our Official Launch Year. We are actively building the partnerships, community relationships, and organizational infrastructure that will make that launch something every partner, and community member can be proud of!

Keri M. Livingstone serves as President of 4 Wheels, 1 Purpose, Inc. and is also a founding board member. She brings years of executive leadership experience in banking operations, compliance, and vendor management to the role - skills she puts to work every day building a nonprofit that’s transparent, well-run, and rooted in trust. For Keri, an organization can only give back as well as it’s built to last, and she’s committed to making sure 4W1P’s foundation is as strong as its mission.
Keri’s connection to the automotive community runs deep. Long before 4W1P existed, she was already part of this world by showing up, building relationships, and finding a community that felt like family. That love for the people behind the wheels is what drove her to help create an organization where that same community could come together for something bigger than any one event or gathering.
As President, Keri leads with a mix of structure and heart. She’s as comfortable working through board governance and financial reporting as she is planning the next meetup or dreaming up a new event theme. She believes the best organizations are the ones that stay genuine to the people they serve, and she works to make sure 4W1P never loses that spirit as it grows.
Faith and family are at the center of who Keri is. When she’s not managing the business side of things, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family, working on a new project through her woodworking business, Walnut Bay, LLC, or planning the next get-together at her home.
