A Grant Partnership is a formal arrangement in which 4 Wheels, 1 Purpose, Inc. applies for and receives grant funding, either independently or jointly with another organization from a government agency, private foundation, corporate foundation, or community foundation. In all cases, 4W1P acts as the primary grantee and maintains full financial control over all awarded funds. Grant funds are restricted, they may only be used for the purpose stated in the grant award, and 4W1P is legally accountable to the grantor for every dollar spent.
