We have an initial conversation to learn about each other, discuss the potential partnership type, and answer any questions.
If there's alignment, we share the relevant Partnership Type document from our Welcome Package so you know exactly what the arrangement entails before we go further.
We conduct a mutual due diligence: we verify each other's organizational standing, mission alignment, and any potential conflicts of interest.
Our Board votes to approve the partnership. This typically happens at our next scheduled Board meeting or by written consent if timing is urgent.
We execute a formal Partnership Agreement signed by authorized representatives of both organizations. No activity begins before signatures are complete.
We get to work - together, transparently, and with a shared commitment to the people we serve.
We will tell you exactly what the partnership entails, what we will and won't do, and what we need from you - before you sign anything.
You will always have a named 4W1P contact for your partnership.
Every commitment we make has been voted on and documented by our Board of Directors.
Your contribution goes where it's supposed to go - and you can see the receipts!
We honor our agreements and we expect the same.
Every partner, sponsor, and supporter is acknowledged publicly and personally.
...about who you are and what you can commit to.
...to follow the partnership approval process - it exists to protect both of us.
...a signed Partnership Agreement is required before any activity begins.
...if anything changes on your end that affects the partnership.
...for 4W1P's mission, governance structure, and the women we serve.
...that the people who need help deserve organizations that actually have it together.
